I will now give the current method for self-control:
When trying to sustain self-control, the idea of it, and the method for it must be easily accessible to Dun. Dun is the name I use to represent the operator of the self’s body when the self is not operating it. Dun’s retrieval of the information from memory needs to be facilitated by creating a small term that can hold the information inside and be easily retrieved due to its small size. I have chosen ‘blin’. Blin represents the order of dun’s death through remembering the method of sustain self-control. This will only have a chance at being effective if the terms have had their meaning securely downloaded into it. I would secure meaning to terms by rehearsing the terms and their meanings until they feel secure in my mind. The sense of security is something I may sense by sensing the familiarity of information, or how fast and effortlessly I can retrieve it. It may be best to practice summoning the information and its meanings into your mind, and to repeat this as long as it takes to make the process occur quickly and effortlessly.
The current method for self-control is currently to create a term for an item of doing that you may do, and to verify the importance of that item by creating reason for its doing.
This is the most up to date method, of which I’ll summarise in whole:
- Choose a term to represent the intention for self-control. Mine is blin. Its short simple, and aesthetically the nicest out of the other options I tested.
- Study the meaning of blin. At the point of writing this, the meaning is ‘control the self’s actions with a perfect stream of control, towards the item of doing. Label an item of doing and verify its reason.’
This method may become outdated to look for updates or make your own.
