The self can be absent from the actions of its body. When the self is not controlling its actions, actions still occur. I see needless destruction caused by these actions. The destruction I see is to that which could be. I know the behaviour of the one that is present in your stead. It is very bad. It needs to be replaced by you. The self.
There are things that need doing in the present moment. Without intention to put them into terms, you will not have access to them. You will neglect them and even if you become aware of them, you will be attached to the activity you are doing now. You cannot just put them into terms and do them. The one that is present in your stead will stay attached to that which it is doing. You must intervene. You must intend to control the actions of your body. From that point you will have created a separation from the activity that the dead operator was attached to. With the self activated, you can do anything, but there is only thing to. You must establish awareness of that which needs doing. The current best way to achieve this is to witness ideas of activity that come to mind and convert them into word form. With them in word form, you can understand them making them doable.
The behaviours you witness of people are tied to the absence of self-control. Those who do not have self-control are called draugs. They have things like anger, despair, discontent, and greed. I may go into further detail on the behaviour of draugs within a different information piece if it becomes relevant.
