The first element of self-control.
Convert ideas of activity that come to mind into word form.
This has allowed my conscious self to have access to the actions of my body.
The conscious self needs comprehensible items of activity to do things. These activities are aims. An operator cannot go anywhere without an aim and the default state of mind is to be aimless.
What I called aimlessness is referring to comprehensible aim.
Comprehensible aim is aims that exist in word form. Meanings are held within words. This element of the self-control system turns the activities that come to mind into word form, giving the conscious operator access to it.
When your aims are being converted into word form, they become a tangible piece of data that can be stored in memory. which is what the second element of self-control covers.
