Optimal decision making requires the retaining of important information and self-control. This is the knowledge needed to make both happen.
Dead operation is actions of a body in absence of control by a person.
When dead operation is occurring, you will see what need to be done and you will observe your body doing a different thing.
Live operation is actions of a body in presence of control by a person.
When live operation is occurring, you see what needs doing, and create actions to address it.
To preserve the ability of live operation you must preserve the knowledge that causes its occurrence.
Without repeated creation of information, the information dies. Important information must be prolonged in its life. The duration of its life is increased as the repetition of its creation is increased.
To use information, make worded actions for the information and preserve those actions in your awareness through repeated creation.
‘Not forgetting’ is the action required to use your knowledge of knowledge retention.
