Without the establishing evidence-based perception of reality, impressions will be embraced as reality. There will be no development of perception based on the development of theory based on facts, which will leave you a non-perceiving entity in the world with no developing ideas of what reality is. Only shifting ideas based on what allows you to be deemed acceptable by your community. You’ll exist to imitate your surrounding community, and therefore be ignorant to all that they are ignorant of, which will make you susceptible to having an underdeveloped perception of reality. Awareness of reality allows you to account for such in you decision making. With more awareness of reality, your decisions will be better informed, and therefore better at handling the situations that come.
To develop perception of reality you must reject what seems to be real as being real, and instead engage in evidence-based theorising of what may be real. You can’t know what reality is. You can only construct guesses based on what information you have in the moment. You must not identify your first guesses as being reality, as such will give a false sense of finality in the processing of your perception. That which seems to be is not the same as that which is. The closest you can get to knowing that which is, is by constructing a guess of that which is, based on what your current information.
Basing your perception of reality off guesses made to align with what your information determines is the creating of a self. With a self, you will notice the separation between it and the actions of your body. You will see that your body’s actions to not act in accordance with the understanding of reality that you have developed. You will see what needs to be done and you’ll see that your body does not have the ability to handle the doing of such without some sort of intervention from the self. The mode of such intervention is the implementation of self-control and conscious decision making.
Control comes from seeing your consciousness cut into existence. From that point, you hold on to that presence of self, and resultingly have control over your body. To have that control be over what needs to be done, you must create such actions through mental composition of actions. When you compose and action in your imagination, that is your choice. It is the thing you deem most important for doing in the present moment. That is prioritisation. It is true decision making, which will act as step towards your direction. Your direction will be informed through the memorising of important activities.
To do what needs to be done, you must know what needs be done. To know, you must memorise. The title of your activities must be known, as that is the comprehensible form of information, which is constantly decaying from your awareness. The decay can be temporarily counteracted through repetition of the information piece. Just do enough repetition to remember what needs doing long enough for the knowledge of what you’re doing to last throughout the doing of the activity. Insufficient repetition of the activity titles will result in forgetting, which will result in you neglecting that important activity. Memorise the operation package and then deploy yourself into its execution. Just construct it to the point where it feels familiar and secure in your awareness. Then release yourself into the doing of the thing.
The first activity you must do is the optimisation of general operators.
The method for this is seeing all people as targets for the improving of ability in the doing of that which needs to be done.
The steps for optimisation is establishing perception through evidence based theorising, self-control, conscious decision-making, and memorisation of activities presently in need of doing.
